Easy Grip Scissors
Ultralight weight self-opening scissors. Ideal for Early Years scissor skills development or for special needs due to weak hands or those who are unable to use conventional style scissors. These scissors are ideal for children who have not yet fully established a hand dominance as they can be swapped between right and left hand for simple snipping.
They have connected plastic handles that allow the user to keep a controlled, safe grip whilst cutting. These scissors are suitable for both left and right handed users and are available with a pointed or rounded edge. The pointed edge scissors are also available in two sizes: 4.5cm, 7.5cm.

The child uses the loops furthest from the blade, whilst the adult places their fingers over the child’s hand and through the loops nearest the blade to assist with placement, guidance and strength.Round ended safety blades. Table Top Scissors
Designed for use by those with very limited strength and control, or for use one-handed. Simply push the paper or card along the base until in position, then push down the T” shaped handle to cut. The hidden spring will automatically reopen the blades in readiness for the next cut. It is often advantageous to use the more dexterous hand to manipulate the paper whilst the more affected hand works the scissors. Also available as mounted table top scissors come with a plastic base. Supplied in handy zip case for easy storage. Available in Child size 75mm and Adult size 125mm.
